The move to our new European manufacturing and distribution headquarters will provide the infrastructure for growth and investment in our operations over the coming years.
Our new facility will improve efficiencies and allow us to keep up with demand from the UK & EMEA for STI’s specialised products. However, there will be some small disruption to our supply process as follows:
About the move – what you need to know
In October the departments will be moving in stages – so what does this mean for you? There will be a reduced processing and dispatch service during the office move in October as follows:-
Sales office move
20th and 21st October – Sales office will be closed
There will be limited telephone service and no orders will be processed on these two dates (Production will still be able to build and dispatch). Normal Sales service will resume on Monday 24th October
Cut off for receiving orders
Temporary cut off for receiving orders will be 12 noon on the 24th, 25th and 26th October. Any orders received after this time will still be processed, but will be built the following day. This will revert back to 3pm from Monday 31st October.
Dispatch, Production & Warehouse move
27th and 28th October – Dispatch, Production and Warehouse departments will be closed
No orders will be built or dispatched on these two dates (Sales will still be able to process orders).
